Cioppino, an Italian Style Seafood Stew (loaded with Shrimp, Scallops, Clams, Mussels and Cod in a hearty Tomato & Fennel Broth), was one of the most poplular entrees at La Jeunesse 2013.

The menu for La Jeunesse is created anew every time the restaurant "pops up." In 2011 we featured a Modern American menu with homage to the Germanic heritage of our community. In 2012 we featured Italian dishes. And in 2013 we broadened our scope to span the northern shores of the Mediterranean from Spain to Greece.

What's up for 2014? We are planning a menu that you might find in a Comtemporary American Bistro featuring upscale comfort food (Lobster Mac & Cheese); modernist cooking techniques (Beef Tenderloin cooked en Sous Vide); and a fusion of international influence in a classic favorite (a hearty stew of Curried Chicken & Vegetables). We're still working out the complete menu for 2014 and we're always thinking about the future -- so if you have any ideas, please feel free to share them with us.
